GOKOBAN!

Post by TheOnyxGuy »

In short, this is just a little quick testing levelset I did just because few days ago I created the top view for players, suggesting they would work well for a sokoban styled game. So yeah, here is Gokoban (as if, Go-sokoban, indeed, terrible pun, let's just roll with that).
Not really necessary to post screenshots, it's better to see it in game, so here's just the levelset itself.

Yeah, unfortunately, I haven't yet figured out a proper way to count filled and unfilled sokoban fields with CE. The "creation of" seems to be only reacting to CE objects and the "touching [element]" one is quite wacky, because it also reacts to player touching [element] for some reason, probably because when player approaches target element, it updates(?), I assume, so the CE reacts to it's update every time player touches it.

The song is Mixing Separations *final* by Diktaattori/laamaa (2000), by the way (or, as it's file in ModArchive called "chip5000.it")
