Push ce_value bug

This CE is simply a push block that uses the gfx command CE_value.
It has no change pages but it uses the 2727.pcx so you can see what's
going on.

When you push it its value changes to some number (too fast to see but
its lower than 10) then changes back to its proper value. I'm not sure
if its the actual value that's changing or just the graphic, either way
I take it this isn't intended.

What I wanted to do is set its value to 10 when the player pushes it,
but this weird bug is reseting it randomly.

This worked in 3.2.0-7 btw

OK, I finally found and fixed this bug!

(BTW: The CE value was not affected, it was "only" a graphical bug.)
