Some mirrors are slightly off
Even though it's a nitpick, but I was always noticing that something is wrong with rotating DF mirrors, but I couldn't quite point out what exactly. Only later I realized that 33.75° and 146.25° mirrors are just a pixel off from the center, which makes the rotating DF mirrors look a little bit jagged.
Here's a comparison on how it rotates before and after fixing that misplacement.

You are exactly right, and I also did notice this, for years, and it always bothered me a bit, but apparently not enough to just fix it.

McDuffin is a bit off as well
Supporting this topic, there's one more thing that always bothered me.
McDuffin isn't always stationary. More specifically, in his right direction fingers on his left hand seem to be slightly extended in such a way he slightly pushes himself off by it. It's pretty simple to fix though, since you can just push his right sprite just a pixel to the right and shorten his fingers to fit inside the tile. There are some other tiny details that seem to differ like hat deforming on up sprite, but I think it's more of himself touching his hat and... Well, to be real, overall McDuffin's cloak shading seem to be really weird, as it differs between all of the sprites, and some other tiny pixels just shift around or appear only on certain directions.

I have fixed at least the slightly "off by one pixel" bug of the McDuffin graphics now. 
Still have to fix the "more than one McDuffin in a level" bugs...
