Just found these special levelsets:
emc_cosmos_mine
emc_laser_bd_2
emc_ruppelmine_2
emc_ruppelmine_3
They're all from the "Emerald Mine Club" levelgroup.
and also, in nb_tut (Niko Böhm tutorital) I have a level 42 with the title "In memory of douglas adams" but it says only 40 in the conf-file. Am I the only one with this little extra level?
All these levelsets have more *.level files than the "levels" number in the levelinfo.conf file.
Some of these levelsets may also have a wrong "firstlevel" setting in the conf-file.
Levelsets with more levels than it says in the conf file

I have level 42 as well.
I believe that in Rocks 'n' Diamonds 3.1.0, Rocks 'n' Diamonds had more levels in levelinfo.conf for this tutorial.
Maybe it was set to 40 in 3.1.1 because there was no level 41...

The H. World levelset can be downloaded from http://www.bd-fans.com/RnD.html -- search The H. World on that page.

Ah, now that you mention it I remember Niko saying that was the reason behind the hidden levelHerzAusGold wrote:The answer is always 42...
This is a Douglas Adams or "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" rule.

Good thinking. Although that's apparently not the reason behind nb_tut, that could be the reason behind emc_cosmos_mine and emc_laser_bd_2.
Apparently, the "firstlevel" config defaults to 0, so there's no mistake in any "firstlevel" configuration.
But still, 4 levelsets with wrong "levels" value! Hoooolger!!!

Thanks for reporting this issue -- although the new release of the EMC collection uses different scripts to set this value, there were still bugs left in it which caused similar or same behaviour (because of the wrong assumption of no "holes" in the list of level files and therefore only counting the number of files, but not detecting the real first and last level file).
This will now be fixed in the final EMC release!
