through the Ages
hi R'n'D friends!
I've got an idea for a new level set:
You could make Levels (or Levelsets)
with graphics of different ages.
(futur, prehistory, middle ages, the wild 80s etc...)
I'm creating a n alike level this time, but
I don't believe that it's zeitgeisty...
But maybe you can do that better than me, maybe
you have more experience with graphics and graphic design.

It's a nice idea, I was wondering about making a levelset that shows the old Sardinians and their Nuraghes (towers made with stones).
One levelset about the Wild West is already available, take a look to the contributions on the Rocks'n'Diamonds website.
Another one - but just one level - it is about the Egypt, it's one of the last levels in the standard SnakeBite levelset.
Well, I suggest them all!

Anyway, by the way, have fun!

"OK"? It's really very good and looks impressive! :-o :-)
Very clever use of custom elements, and striking use of new graphics!
(BTW: I think I know some of the characters from some classic game -- can you give a hint, please? :-) )
All in all really very good work -- well done! I would like to see more than just one demonstration level with this topic/atmosphere/graphics. Maybe you have some more ideas for a little level set using these new elements?

hi Holger,Holger wrote:I would like to see more than just one demonstration level with this topic/atmosphere/graphics. Maybe you have some more ideas for a little level set using these new elements?
do you really mean it?
I thought it's boring and so on...
yeah, I could make some new levels or a level-set
with those graphics.
(I got the graphics from this page:
http://www.molotov.nu/Graphics/graphics.shtml)
I used a professional paint software for the fineness:
the GIMP.
ah, shall I use those graphics from the demonstration level only, or shall I use new graphics from this page (above)?
Well, I hope I'll find more useful graphics.
