Just download the level archives and extract them into the "levels" directory inside the "Rocks'n'Diamonds" directory inside your "My Documents" directory! :-)

That is, if you use Windows... Maybe it's different for Mac/Linux users (I don't know, I use windows here).
I personally prefer to use the levels folder in program files/rocks n diamonds to store downloaded level groups, ---- but that's just my preference.
One great resource which personally gave me a lot of answers is The rnd manual even if it isn't quite up to 3.6, it is up to 3.4, and thus has great information on a lot of in game aspects even if it is missing a couple of newer changes to the settings.
I'm actually a litle sad Francesco hasn't made anymore updates as yet.
