How to compile Rock n Diamond

I hope for help - i need help to compile Rock and Diamond for PPC (PocketPC).

i found here a Rock and Diamond Version for PPC:

but the problem is:
- this PPC Version ist for 240 × 320 Pixel, and my smartphone need 240 x 240 Pixel
- this PPC Version is 3.1.0, an old version

I have contact the autor of the PPC version, but the last autors contact here in the forum was Sep. 2006

Now i need your help. Can anyone here me to explane how i compile the Rock and Diamond source (basically: what for compiler ect. for windows)
and after i understood the fundamentals to compiling the game for windows explane the specifics to compile the game for the PPC (what for compiler, control the joystick-pin, ect).

As mentioned there, I am very sorry that I am not really able to help you with the PPC version, as I have never tried to build it by myself.
