Yes, it will! :-)
I already have the (small) patches at hand, I just had no time yet to create and upload the changed archives/files and to write the announcement.
But it will be updated soon! :-)
How about 2.0.22?

phpBB 2.0.22?
It appears as if this bulletin board hasn't been upgraded to v. 2.0.22 yet...

Version 2.0.22 has an improved "Font size" box in the posting screen.
