I have a new idea about "can move" :
Diagonal turning is a "Arkanoid" ball moving style

Hmm, but how could a CE _turn_ diagonal if it cannot _move_ diagonal?

I guess negundo also wants diagonal movement. Which I think has been discussed before, I just can't recall where...
