1) Turn ON Small Game Graphics (and you probably want to turn OFF Ask On Game Over as well as it will probably interfere)
2) Make the player die in some way
3) Press a key that opens a message, such as F1 or F2 as bound to tape save and load respectively
4) Dismiss the message
