I don't know if that's a bug...
It's called the Hard Hat Trick. You need it to solve some of Rockford4ever's levels.
You also need it to solve some of the levels in the set Ryan Pineda - Bomb Levels under Contributions 2003. For example, look at level 2.
Is this possible to do under the Emerald Mine Engine? I can't tell, because I never figured out exactly how to time this trick...
Anyway, if this bug is not an Emerald Mine bug and is fixed, I hope that a compatibility is added, or an option, but it would look very strange having an option that says "ALLOW HARD HAT", and everybody would ask on the forum what that means.
