Linux Conf Edit
Can anybody make a Linux version of Conf Edit? Because I can only use the shell and it doesn't have the tools that Conf Edit has.

Ok. Well, another solution could be to make it so it will some how work on http://www.winehq.org/. Or he could make a linux version out of C.

As WINE is a Windows API emulation, it _should_ be able to run ConfEdit on Linux. If it doesn't, it is somehow incomplete. (What I want to say: One cannot expect Windows programs to be compatible with a (maybe) incomplete API emulation -- in most cases, this will outright be impossible.)

If he isn't a C programmer writing programs for Linux, he can't easily do this...
