New EMC elements in Info Screen

Maybe the new elements should now also be included in the info screen.
I did'nt know what the Bumper did at first, bud when I saw spring in the name I started doing stuff with springs, untill I really knew what it did.
I think some people who are new to this could also have those problems...
I think I once on the net found a guide to all the items in EM V6.0, on the homepage of some guy named Damir Ahr (who also made Forgotten Mine). I cant find it anymore though.
