I found a RND site copy from 02.2005 and:

2004-06-18 · Rocks'n'Diamonds Web Forum deleted for unknown reason!


Yesterday evening, our great Web Forum, which was hosted at http://web.archive.org/web/200503260849 ... lator.html, vanished without any known reason. It is suspected to be simply deleted by ProBoards, with all posts, all user information, and all work we have put into it.


Until we know more, please use the still existing, old forum.

what is that proboards emulator doing here?

It was a thing Alan created once as something funny: After the Proboards forum was deleted, sometime later Alan made a "Proboards Emulator". This was just the Proboards forum, so you could view it again
Holger liked it so much that he replaced all the Proboards links with that
At least, I thought...

That's right.

It's just a static page showing that "famous" ProBoards error message... ;-)
