Maybe add the ability to download custom levels, levelsets, custom elements, artwork online using an online UGC browser

First of all, welcome to the R'n'D forum!
Yes, a way to download new content like (especially) level sets right from R'n'D would be a great addition that is indeed on my long-term TODO list for R'n'D!
