add "override custom menu text" option

it is a little uncanny that right now, custom menu text is the only per-levelset custom asset the user cannot override

Interesting... That also reminds me that "program_title" and "program_copyright" also don't override despite being written in the graphicsinfo.conf, although pretty sure that's very much intentional in that case. Not sure about the menu texts one though
It's fixed in version 4.4.1.2 now!You are right, menu texts should override as well! I will have a look why this doesn't work as intended...
Not sure about these ones... I fixed something more about text definitions defined in "levelinfo.conf" and "graphicsinfo.conf" files, but it's also a bit debatable which definitions should have priority over which (as defined at other places)...Interesting... That also reminds me that "program_title" and "program_copyright" also don't override despite being written in the graphicsinfo.conf, although pretty sure that's very much intentional in that case. Not sure about the menu texts one though
