BD engine: "butterfly explosion ends in" setting ignored in 4.4.1.0 when reading 4.4.0.5 levels

here is a funny little level showing off some quirky settings that BD allows, that starts with a butterfly exploding into a bunch of players... except in 4.4.1.0 the setting that makes it explodes into players is ignored, and the butterfly just explodes into diamonds instead, making the level unsolvable
