in BD engine, killing rockford via voodoo doll causes "ouch" sound to play continuously

can be easily checked in the editor. can be triggered by a butterfly/firefly moving next to the voodoo doll, or by a rock falling on the voodoo doll if both "killed by falling rock" and "player is killed if hurt" are true
