OK...had this problem before and discussed in another thread. It was suggested I scrap the former installation and re-install.
I downloaded the latest, installed it, and get the following error still - not sure why these are singled out!

Can someone just tell me where these graphics are originally stored so I can manually fix the problem? I have not used the standard graphics for so long I have no idea where to find them!
