api.artsoft.org bug: levels with no tapes will not display in a levelset

this was https://api.artsoft.org/levelsets/view/380 ; level 44 of mindbender was missing entirely because apparently no-one uploaded a tape for it before (until i did)
as i write this i realize it makes sense for a level no-one has uploaded a tape for not to have a page on the tape-viewing site, but maybe it could still say "044" and "Mindbender Level 44" in regular black text with no hyperlink when you're viewing the Mindbender levelset
