Hours >= 1 info missing from HALL OF FAME

For game plays that are at least an hour of play time*, the hour(s) is(are) currently dropped from the TIME info of a BEST SCORE details list. For times less than an hour this makes since, but for times of at least an hour, hour info should be included.

HH:MM:SS, if HH >= 1
MM:SS, if HH < 1

MAIN MENU > HALL OF FAME > click on a number/name/score > look at the TIME field.

* Like what can occur with larger levels such as the Zelda, Zelda II, and some of the Contributions 2002 Rüdiger Schäfer levels(level 100, ..), levels.
