[MM 3.1.0] Laser can still be blocked off by a DF steel wall

While I was recreating Reflektor, this weird issue is still a thing for some reason, and I don't get why. Single DF steel wall for some reason can still behave like MM steel wall (edge of it blocks the way when it shouldn't).

Yes, I was able to reproduce this. Very strange behavior! Especially as I did tests with the following results:

- replay of attached tape for attached level: bug occurs as described
- playing that same level myself, with same laser route: bug occurs again
- playing another time, as above: bug does not occur this time

So apparently this bug is not exactly deterministic (at least it looks like that). But I don't think that it really occurs randomly, but apparently due to some buggy internal state values.

I will further investigate this problem and check if I am able to find the reason for this bug.
