Add option to not prompt to replace a tape if the new tape has a lower score than the previous tape

Got a cool idea that should be in R'n'D? Let's hear it!

More relevant in the era of online high-scores, methinks. Plus I just keep impulsively pressing Enter whenever the "replace old tape?" prompt comes up :P

Good idea! (And it should either check the score or the time/steps, depending on the "[ ] rate time/steps used over score" setting in the level editor.)

BTW: If you have overwritten a tape by accident that way, you can now manually recover your last tape from one of the tape files in the score tape sub-directory:

<your personal R'n'D data directory>/scores/<level set>/<level nr>/YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS-XXXXXXXX.tape

Just copy it to

<your personal R'n'D data directory>/tapes/<level set>/<level nr>.tape

That is, the tape file for every successfully solved level is also stored locally, so nothing is lost. :-)
