Numberpad to change menu selection, and/or custom menu keys

Say the arrow keys break on the keyboard, and someone wants to navigate the menus with only the keyboard. It would be nice to be able to be able to do so with the number pad, and/or be able to set R'n'D to use them or some other keys, like WASD, IJKL, ,AOE, CHTN, 8456, 8426, UP,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT, ...
