Rocks'n'Diamonds

On my Windows 10 PC, I wanted to use 1-step mode to more easily test levels in my multiplayer levelset. However, 1-step mode with more than one player is more like frame-by-frame mode. Oh, and only the first player is able to move, the other two players are immobile.
And I am playing on the latest version, v4.0.3.0.
I don't know if it's a computer issue or an R'n'D bug, but if it's a bug, please fix it because it is really annoying.
