Just select "Levelset" -> "Classic Original Games" -> "Supaplex" to play the classic Supaplex levels. (A future version of R'n'D will contain a 99,9% compatible Supaplex engine, but nearly all original levels should already be playable with the current game engine.)

There's also a native Supaplex clone for the Mac, called "Infotron", but I don't know much about it.

You seem to be playing the RnD Jue special edition of RnD, which does not contain the classic levelsets.
To play the Supaplex levelsets, download any of these files:
http://www.artsoft.org/RELEASES/unix/ro ... 1.0.tar.gz (contains a bunch of Supaplex levelsets)
http://www.artsoft.org/RELEASES/win32/r ... -setup.exe (the original RnD Package, with the Classic Supaplex levelset included)
