I'm done with the original NESBD graphics and the new version can be downloaded at the same link:
http://www.zomis.net/rnd/download.php?id=676
There are 24  separate levelsets with 4 levels each (one for each world), but I actually like this better, because in the original you can only choose from 4 levels at a time, anyway.

Have fun! :)

Does anyone know if I could extract the original sounds also?

Hi,
It seems you are very familiar with BD.
Can you please try my native loader in RnD-Test.
(some levels included)
Please check it and write your suggestions.
Can I use your grafics for the next release of RnD-Test ?

I'll try out your BD loader shortly, but in the meantime, feel free to use those graphics - I merely extracted them from the NES; it was Data East who did all the work  .

I'm virtually positive that you already know this, but just in case - be aware that these aren't anything close to the original BD graphics, even though they're quite pixelated. :)

Could you send me a link to that program? I think I've seen it before, but I've lost it.

And could you also send me the latest version of NES Boulder Dash to my e-mail? It has disappeared from the RNDFA (probably because of a false virus alert, but I'm not sure).

I've re-uploaded the file, and is working - as of now at least!

Same link as before.

Exactly - the credits for the NES version weren't very extensive; so I'm guessing that much of it was a collaboration, on Data East's part. I also read somewhere that they worked together on the last 8 caves, which is why they're so different than Liepa's...

Send it to my e-mail address, zomis2k@hotmail.com
It has been automatically removed again. I think I know what's causing it, but I can't solve it without the original file. And I didn't got a chance to download it until it was removed again.

Ok, I've re-packaged it a little and reuploaded it. Let's see if this works. If it does not, I'll re-package it again.

FSS just licence games, they don't actually make them. Data East created NES BD and it's graphics....

Oh, whoops. Thanks for alerting me to this, I'll correct my previous posts!
