If it is RnD levels you are talking about, temporarily turning off your anti-virus software increases the speed of copying/moving levels rapidly.

That's also probably because there are many small files. It's quicker to burn one file of 1 MB size than 1024 files of 1 kB size. Turning off anti-virus improves the speed a bit, other ways of reducing the time further is to compress the directory into a ZIP file.GavinD wrote:Takes forever if you want to burn your R&D directory onto a CD!
