I don't know about 1.0, but 0.9 is available at http://www.artsoft.org/RELEASES/unix/ro ... ds-0.9.tgz

Versions 1.0 and 1.1 existed, but have never been released in public.

Also see the file "CHANGES" included in all current R'n'D releases.
