New change condition: Created (not creation of)

I suggest a new change condition:
Change when created

This would make the current element (only) change when it's created.
This is similar to "creation of <element>", but "creation of <element" is not restricted to one element only but instead changes all elements of one kind.

And no, change when created is not exactly the same as "delay 0 frames".

Because: http://www.zomis.net/rnd/download.php?id=603
"Creation of" is done on the same frame.
0 frames always occours the next frame

I see.

I see. Thank you for the clarification.

Hm. When having something like "CE1: change to CE2 when created": Why not just immediately having CE2 to be created instead of CE1 at the corresponding definition?

Because of extended change targets and CE actions.
