I don't understand this at all. I am down to that gree vine looking thing, and a bug below me. What is the next step?

While you stand next to the amoeba (the green thing), snap (usually hold left-ctrl and press arrow key) the sand between you and the bug and then quickly run away. When the bug touches the amoeba, it will explode.
