Did this a few months ago..... (its not as good as Pacman IMO)
Space Invaders V2 (225KB)
Again it has all the features of the arcade...... 55 Invader speeds, unbreakable formation, lots of un-interfering bullets, ufos, lives etc.
V2 because I had already done a version of Invaders way back on the old forum.......its lost now though.
Have fun!

Haven't had time to test your new level but...

Lost? The forum yes, the level no...

But something that's lost is my wallet... I'd better go look for it a little more...

I don't see any bullet when I press up, but the spaceship flashes! Is this a bug? Space Invaders 1 works correctly...
And another question: how many levels does it have? Or is it endless? With the other games with one levels, but more than one level in that level (an Alan Bond invention..., the same with Pacman etc.), I wrote down: number of levels: 1 (endless). Is it true that it is endless?

Ahh great, didn't think I'd see that again.

Yes... you press the drop key to shoot in this version.
how many levels does it have?
I suppose they only have one level.

ah stupid! the drop key was still set to the default key, because this was in the new version 3.2.0!! I always use the left control key as the drop key! that's the reason that I didn't see anything...

I still have all stuff you ever sent me, so if you still miss something... :-)

So you lost your settings from 3.1.2 (or 3.2.0-8)? This is a bit strange, as they are saved in the "My Documents" folder. Installing a new version of R'n'D shouldn't reset your personal setup settings. (Or did you delete it by intention for a fresh installation?)

I just unpacked the new RnD and then I only copied the necessary files from the former version (levels, graphics, etc.) but I haven't changed anything in the my documents folder! strange...

BTW: Playing Space Invaders using R'n'D seems to me more or less as crazy as this one:

Did you know that
is the phpBB emoticon for the "Cool" emoticon (
)?
Since Holger has Smilies disabled, it didn't show up under his post when he put (3.2.0-8) in parenthesis.
