Ahh, I already said I don't make them. (My reply is on the previous page hidden between the off-topic stuff)
Don't think I've ever made one from scratch though, generating tones and all that lark.... On the old forum somebody mentioned a 'sound creator' but I can't remember what it was called (it had lots of dials and slider thingys)
