Where can I show that a level is finishable

Is there a site where you can show that a level cannot be finished, so Holger can fix it?

For example:

DX-Boulderdash-Achim Härtel-level 9 is not possible.

Not a site, but there's a thread about it here at the forum:

And I recall from somewhere, someone mentioned that all the DX levels aren't solveable (I think it was due to some conversion problems).
