Game at work

Post by HerzAusGold »

Hi,
I have modified the source a little bit. Now I can play the game at work. :P
"Return" is now a "Boss" key, not return to menu, just leaving the game.
So the "Boss" dont see playing.

Change description:
Run RnD starts the game immediatly, without a menu.
Pressing Escape,Return,Tab or Space causes the game to finish immediatly. Pressing "E" for escape from the level and start again.
To switch to a other level, I use the old executable. (Feel free a write a starter for it.)
It works fine. Maybe finishing and closing all windows takes a little bit to long.
Where should I am place the source?

So... if you've modified the source to play it at work, but it skips the menu... shouldn't you know for yourself what causes the problem?

I don't really understand your problem...
But anyways, I moved your post from "New ideas" to the Programmer's corner, since this sounds more programming related.

I edit my item. It is not a problem, it's may be a bad idea to want playing the game on work.

Funny idea! ;-)

About 15 years ago, I also wrote a little game with a "boss key" for my colleagues... ;-)

It was a Sokoban game that ran on a text terminal of old IBM mainframes...

The feature of MagicSokoban is now ready.
I have upload the source and executable to zomis-rnd-file-archive.

http://www.zomis.net/rnd/download.php?id=387

For more information look at "New Ideas", "Sokoban".
And the answer is ... 42 !
