Instagram only started in 2010, and the majority of the levels are from the 90s, so this massively reduces the task of finding the level in question. You could try looking through the Contributions levelsets from 2010 onwards.

I've just realised Contributions only goes up to 2006, so it can't be in here either. There are very few levels created after Instagram launched. Maybe someone else can help - I'm out of ideas. It's possible an old level happened to have something that coincidentally resembled the Insta logo.
