Add "set white keys" action to CEs

Right now you can set the player's normal keys (except keys 5-8), and you can set the player's inventory, but you can't set the amount of white keys the player has. I think this would be useful and doesn't sound too complicated to add. Could have the same options as "set time", "set gems", and "set score".
