Different advanced CRUMBLED usage

Maybe you won't understand this. \i don't know.
The way how we are using frames for inner corners for CRUMBLED option is a bit inconvenient and undone. What if I want to animate crumbling elements (even the edges)? I can't animate them because crumbling elements are already using ".frames" for inner corners. I think you should change this option somehow not by using actual frames without animation.
Like If I could make animated water with animated spreading edges like the waves on the coast.
