It was years ago I started to play/design R&D levels. I was a very busy person at the time. I do not read manuals often

Anyway, I did things the hard way. I took Alan Bond's BD2K3 and added my own elements/redesigned just some of the graphics in this great set.
Now after 8 years (already!?), I have a lot of new features in my levels, but they can only work with the modified BD2K3 graphics set.
Years ago I wanted to upload these but found Alan would not liked a modified BD2K3 out there.
I have just not had the time to learn how to use Poser 6 or any other program in order to make a good looking, 3D player and other things like in BD2K3.
Over the years I have fudged things like using my graphics program and modifying 3D .gifs randomly found on web pages/etc. I even used the player maker in another game (point, click, and drag features onto desired player), took snapshots of the player in motion, and used this to make yam yam modifications. But for something as complex as a player, I found this would not work.
So...
Can someone suggest an quick/easy way of making a 3D player/graphics? I would love to upload some of my new levels - some have been several years in the making/modifying and have new features I would like to be able to share..
Since I am in the process of finishing off a reference book in another hobby, I still do not have a lot of time to spend doing R&D. Maybe after the book is dine i will look into Poser - but admit I am hoping there is something much faster/easier to use out there.
I have a Mac but can run Windows on it.
