Levels update! 131 levels

I don't know if Holger is still doing official yearly user-level updates but anyway here is my collection so far for now

A change I made is I marked any secret or hard to get to area in some levels with an envelope.

Let me know what you think

For now here is my levelset to date. 16 new levels (130 in total), all tapes working with 3.2.4, 8 hidden envelopes to find
