Coming Arcade pack!
Hey, folks! I'm still playing R&D!
I went on a vacation to TAMPA FL.
It was ok. Anyway, I making an arcade
level pack that has 10 levels. The levels
mainly focus on accumilating as much score
as you can in a limited time. It'll be a challenge
to get a highscore. Lots of secret ways to get
points too! Yep. I'm working on it right now.

The Diamond Accumilator
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Oh goody! My favorite "Arcade Games".
Pacman, Road Runner, Dig Dug, Racing, Pong, Space Invaders (from Alan), Asteroids, Frogger, Tetris, Arkanoid, Snake, and many more! I guess most of them where not make by RnD. Keep up The secret great work and the greatest graphics.

Oh yeah, what ever happened to your Rnds Pacman Ryan?
Anyway, I also had an idea like this..... problem is not many arcade games port very well to Rnd. Which ones are you doing Burnimator?
I think it is possible to do pacman, with the ghosts overlapping the dots..
And anything like Galaxian and Pheonix should be easy...
I had a bizarre idea to do Mario Bros and Donkey Kong, but I got bored of it.
I was very, very close to doing a Doom clone!! I only did it as a joke (see the post about mouse movement), but it took so long that it wouldn't be funny anymore! You could walk down a corridor, but you couldn't turn around!

I'm not sure he meant actual already-been-made arcade games, maybe just arcade-y games.
Galaxian COULD work, but the problem would be all those swoopy patterns when they dive-bomb you. Really ambitious would be programming in the boss ship + helper(s) code, but that was an integral part of the game's scoring.
Also of issue would be the screen size... it's rather small. Variable sizes for the tiles would be a big help, but there's still a lot of basics to cover first.

Thanks for the report, my mistake. Programming error in upload.php, fixed now.Burnimator wrote:I am experiencing a problem:
Zomis, I'm logged in on your site, but I
can't upload my levels. It says
that the page cannot be found. Whats
happening?
(And well, you aren't really logged in, you are using the archive as a guest. For registred users the upload has worked fine a long time...)
I suggest you upload files as a logged in user instead...(I see that you have an account already, can't see the password though, but I can reset it if you need)
