levelinfo.conf sections (Making a level set)

Well, I remember that somewhere in the internet, was some sort of... I don't know, but it showed which things in the (title) .conf file did, and what were their options.
For example, it showed what can be wrote on the "name:" area, and what it did.
Now I cannot find it elsewhere, and I want to know what I can write there, in that file.
Also, If I remember it well, there is a part that says "sort_priority" where it can put colors in the level set names, and sorts these.
(Also, how do I make a new level set?)
