Can't use Level Sketch V2

I have just downloaded all this stuff for rocks n diamonds (including the programe) And I have just been mucking around with it. This is what I have been looking for (a pc version) of a game I have on PlayStation.

When I try and execute Level Sketch V2.exe (In windows XP)
It comes up with an error .
it says "Component 'RICHTX32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"
When I click the OK button, the programe terminates.

Any ideas what I can do to fix it??? X.X

Sounds like you got the smaller archive without the VisualBasic DLLs.

Have you tried the archive that also contains the VB DLLs?
