robot wheel bug in EMC engine

This is a bug related to the RND engine expect this one can be reproduced
with the EMC engine, as the goes; robots follow the wheel, throw a
rock to the a robot that is near to a wheel and when the robot wheel was
destroyed, the robots still chase the empty space (the spot that the robot
wheel is destroyed). It won't stop until the wheel stops (when you hear
the wheel sound stopping)
For example, play Baby Ghost Mine, level 50 for the test run with the bug.
