CEs don't show original name

Post by Tomi »

In some pre-version, original CE name (e.g. "custom element 3") was shown on Info tab. It doesn't seem to do so in 3.2.0-8.

This (the element's "token name") was only display in program versions that were compiled with debugging settings enabled. In final 3.2.0 (and probably already in 3.2.0-8; not sure now), this can now be configured in the setup menu, "editor" section ("show element token"), as it is not only useful for debugging purposes, but also for artwork designers.

Thanks for your answer.

Believe it or not, but I'm planning a FAQ section on my R'n'D site Real Soon Now[tm]. (It still has to be written yet, though.)

(I'm really tired of answering mails every few days where people ask me how to snap... :-o )

Well, then don't think about how many more problems like that there would be without the forum.
The H. World levelset can be downloaded from http://www.bd-fans.com/RnD.html -- search The H. World on that page.

Yeah, right! And I'm always happy when somebody else answers a question of a new user! :-)
