It would be nice to be able to individually adjust thevolume of the sound effects and/or music.

Also, I like to listen to itunes when playing R&D, but I cannot find a way (even with other software) to turn down the sound effects of R&D so itunes can be heard better. I would like to have the R&D sounds be audible, but not the same level as the music. I would ask if this might be something that could please be considered.

separate volume controls for the simple sound effects, the loop sound effects and the background music are available from the "sound and music" setup menu of the new version 3.3.1.1! (I even considered in-game sound volume controls, but this was the easiest solution, and I hope it is sufficient in most cases.)
