new supaplex levels

Post by Martijn »

Here I read about more than 12 extra supaplex levelsets. If you download the extra levels at artsoft.org, some of these aren't included.

Maybe they can be converted as well?

Probably they can, or else I think you can open them with 3.1.0 anyway, since 3.1.0 includes a SP level file loader.

It would be better when they would be included in this package:

What for? I downloaded them all, put them in the corresponding dirs along with some slightly modified config files and everything works. I can prepare a apckage with them for those who are lazy asses or simply don't know how to do it, later. (Note: not converted, but IMO it's not needed and even unwanted, because it would require re-conversion with each new engine or any engine fixes.)

but then add it to artsoft.org, it's nice if there's a review with all (known) levels available for RnD.

Ok, then I'll zip all custom Supaplex levels I have (in the original format), along with the needed config files, and put it on my page. Then, Holger will be able to dload it and put on artsoft.org if he wishes. I'll do that later this evening, though, because I'm kinda in a hurry now ;p

For the case that this URL should only work for a limited time, it links (more or less) to this site:

I zipped all extra Supaplex levelsets currently available for RnD (or at least those that I know of) and put it at http://roger4.net/~bojster/rnd/Supaplex_levels.zip
Just unzip it in your 'levels' directory (it will create 'Supaplex' dir and subsequent dirs for each levelset) and it's ready to enjoy.
The zip contains:
Kim Min Soo levelset 77 & 78 from http://www.matemaster.de/mpx/levels.html
Supaplex Level Collection 01-12 and 92-99 from http://www.elmerproductions.com/sp/levels.html
Supaplex Levels WN1 and WN2 from http://www.grylogiczne.prv.pl/gry/supaplex.htm

Note: levels 89-91 in levelset99 are empty, but there is level number 92. Weird.
