With the next version of R'n'D, you will be able to read the native Emerald Mine level format, so it won't be needed convert the levels then. (Directly reading ADF files would be nice one day...)

Well, although it would be nice to "free" these disks by buying that CD-ROM, I would never pay such a crazy amount of money for it. Especially as the current EMC members seem to make money with the work of others, because most of the levels on these disks are not made by EMC members, but by other people around the world, so they do not really own the copyright for these levels. It was great work of the EMC to collect and distribute all these levels in the '90s when most people had no Internet access, but demanding 350 Euros for distributing other people's work on one CD-ROM worth 0,50 Euros is simply impudent. :-(

But then: If somebody should have too much money, feel free to buy this CD-ROM -- I will happily distribute the levels on my site, as this won't be a copyright violation in this special case.

In this case, it would indeed be no piracy to release the levels from that CD-ROM.

Which version of the TOSEC Emerald Mine collection do you have? When extracting the levels from the version 0.02 package and only keeping unique level sets, you will get "only" around 30.000 levels.

Before sending big archives by mail, please check the archive version first. I know that the TOSEC Emerald Mine collection released a version 0.03, but I don't know if it was ever released somewhere.

I has collected tosec-001, tosec-002, tosec-003 ( swung 1 month with use emule on dial-up 33,6- much difficult). The Files collected tosec team, contains the duplicating archives that reduces their value ( some plays are repeated 4 times)

…..You rights - amount collected by me levels beside 30 800, I mistaken with count. They were going to with 3 sources - homepage Amiga Emucamp, files Tosec ( p2p client emule), ISO image emerald Mine Amiga 32. They occupy on disk 79 mb. I has compressed their archiver 7zip, archive occupies 7 mb (not bad, yes?)

Possible do in play small cart in the corner screen ( as in Doom 1) to possible there was be orientated during play

…….And else E You could do the converter of files RnD from dumps of plays BolderDash for Commodor ( the dump of memory of emulator) I has sent you else approximately 15000-20000 levels. I do not understand in programming

Use Total Commander connect plugin amiga DX http://ghisler.fileburst.com/plugins/amigadx.zip
At opening Total Commander files adf or dms you search for the directory "PLA". Exactly in he inheres the levels of play. You extract the directory "PLA" and rename its in name of game/ . Beside you are got beside 200 directories. Pack these directories by archiver 7zip - ulytra compression (7zip.org)- is got 3-4 mb file. Send its me on the address leopoldcat@gmail.com.

I am plus Your file by files from its collection. Through several days gratis on email you get beautiful installer size beside 10 mb (inno setup lzma ultra compression- imho good)
This pack will be identified "Emerald Mine Antology" and will contain beside 50 000 levels (the configuration files for RnD will are included..) .Game levels without disks need as a matter of convenience use with play RnD. This package will also work with play Diamond Caves 3.

Attention! Not necessary to send dms or adf files archives. First extract the levels and pack their- so you much powerfully reduce the size and will take away the errors.

Yes, they are indeed legal, and, as Martijn already said, I used them as the base for the current EMC level set. A completely new set with lots of additional EMC sets that all use the new EMC engine is (still) under construction and will, at the latest, be released together with R'n'D 3.2.0.
