Custom Movement with CE Value / CE Score?

For a while now I've thought about if it would be possible to make an element move (or maybe "change with extended change target and therefore making the illusion of some kind of movement") using CE Value and CE Score in some way.

However, since I still haven't started any approach out of this in the RnD Editor, I decided to post about it here.

What do you think, is it possible to do somehow?

A little more detailed:
A CE Value of 1 means "move left", 2 means "move right", 3 = up, 4 = down
Then using bitwise manipulation somehow, can a CE Value of 9455 or so tell the CE to move something like left, left, up, right, up, left, left, down?

And while we're at it, can we somehow control the speed of the movement?

(On second thought, I don't think that would be possible if the objects actually "move.")
