I know about 10 words of French from a mandatory year 7 language class over 6 years ago. Does that count?
Let me guess.......uno, dos, tres? ;-)
OK, 13 words then lol! More like madame, bonjour, bonsoir. The words everyone knows. I know about enough to say hello, who I am and goodbye.

At least that's better than only knowing one language and not bothering to learn any other, simply because ours its the "universal one" (which always makes me feel a bit guilty!)

Anyway, I hardly know English......never mind any others! ;-)
I speak and read english, dutch and german.

sorry i don't understand russian i will make an appointment with a teacher to learn it right away.

if you create a levelset with the intention to share it with the world the least you could do is make ingame english so the world can understand it

You can only do that if you know English, though.

I'm sure Alan was just teasing himself here - I don't think he had any devious, secret, insulting intentions...

While we're on languages, the episode of the Amazing Race the other day was pretty stupid.
The contestants are in an African country and spend their whole time randomly alternating between basic French and Spanish phrases. Surprisingly, I don't think they once said "thank you", rather merci or gracias...
